Art. 6. Certain acts there are whereby existence
is given to so many masses of written discourse
Art. 5. By Acts of a certain description are produced
so many correspondent written instruments by which the aggregate of which the business of judicatories
say documents all which are all of them which can which are so many is in great part carried on. These
writings are termed instruments – judicial instruments. Considered
in respect of any influential information which
it may be in the nature of them respectively to afford
may be so these together with others are moreover stiled documents. For the diversification
of which they are may be susceptible see the Procedure
Code, Ch. Doc Instruments.

Art. 6 5. Concomitantly statistic may be stiled the
exercise given to the minutative function, when in so far as the occurrences
stated are consist of are those which, as per Art. 3. have place at the moment
in the judicial theatre; subsequentially statistic, in so
far as they occurrences stated having had place at some are those which, having come into
existence at some other time and place, they are have no otherwise made been brought under
to the cognizance of the Registrar, then by means of information given furnished to
him, at times respectively subsequent to those at which
they respectively took place.
