§. 5. Minutation, mode how.
Art. 23. Art. 16. If, and in proportion as, anywhere
through wantonness carelessness or sinister design, obstruction to a and
thence evil to a preponderant amount, to the proceedings of the judicatory,
is produced or endeavoured to be produced, by any
examinee, or other testifier as above, – to wit either in the occasion of
authentication performed by attestation as per Art., or on the occasion of amendment,
as per Art. the Judge, for the repression of such
abuse, will apply such punishment as in his judgment is
necessary and sufficient, subject to any ordinance made
in relation to this matter in the penal or say wrong-restraining
