Art 1. Petition of Appeal.
Ordinary ground for
it.
1. Transcript of the two
Decrees of the Immediate.
2. Do. proceedings it
was grounded on.
3. Change prayed – expressed
in the terms
of a proposed form of
decree, proposed to be issued
by the Appellate
Judicatory.

Art 2. For this purpose,
Registrar permits any
party applying to cause
make such transcript:
and on seeing it correct,
attests it.

Art 3. Refusal, express
or virtual, is matter
for Quasi Appeal.

Art 4. By Appellate Judicatory
no evidence
not in the Record, is received:
consequently,
none that had not
been presented to the
Immediate.

Art. 5. For appeal, Appellate
may either trust
to the record, or resort
to argument.

Art 6. Maximum of Argument
allowed.
1. Argument in writing.

himself.

an assistant or substitute

Art 7. If he desires oral
argument or arguments
he adds petition for day
and hour to be appointed
for receiving them.

Whatever means of
support, by argument,
the Appellate has, Judge
Immediate takes care
that to Respondent,
equal means shall
not be wanting.
To this purpose, he
stops the Appeal, till
Appellant has, at
his own expence, furnished
Respondent
with equal means of
assistance. This order
of Appellant by Judicatory,
may be repaid
to him.
