§. 3. Subject matter of Appeal

Art. 6. Of the ways, in which, without definitive misdecision,
the wrongful effects of misdecision thereby producible by it are capable of being produced,
examples are as follows –

1. Denial, or say refusal, direct or virtual, by act positive or negative of necessary or material means
of proof or disproof.

2. Denial So, of any one or of eventually necessary means of execution, at a for the execution of
time to that the proper time for actual execution of
such right decision decrees judicial orders as the nature of the case calls for may happen to call for:
the physical power of giving execution and effect to the appropriate
ordinances of the laws belonging to the case, becomes wanting

been given, to the decrees of the Judge, had they supposing
of definitive decrees actually pronounced, by they
being supposed such as the nature of the case demanded.

Art. 7. The Communication necessary may be 1. between persons and persons; 2. between
person and things; 3. between things and things.

Requisite Necessary to communication in every instance, whatsoever
be the intercommunicant objects is – the appropriate quantity of
time requested.
