§. 8. Quasi Jury necessary.

Art. 2. Exceptions excepted, only from Exceptions excepted. From no definitive
decree, pronounced otherwise than on a recapitulatory examination
as per Ch. XV. §. can any Appeal be received. From a definitive
decree pronounced at the close of the an original examination, the
only appeal is the approval from the Judge without a Quasi-Jury,
to the matter in the same same Judge, with a Quasi-Jury, as per
§. Ch. XV. §.

Art. 1. As in the case on the occasion of a recapitulatory examination
in an Immediate Judicatory, so on the case occasion of the only
examination in an Appellate Judicatory, necessary to the
validity of what is done is the presence of a Quasi-Jury,
as well as of such Judicial Visitors as the place
affords and time happens to affords
present themselves.

Art. 3. Exceptions are –
1. If the appointment of a Quasi-Jury be directly or virtually refused.
2. If, the the respect of as to the time of appointing, or
as to the time of performing, the recapitulatory examination
any such delay has place, as, if not terminated by the
Appellate Judicatory, may be productive of irreparable injury
to the Appellant.
3. If, by a quasi in the of the suit on the original examination
quasi-
misdecision have as per §. 3. has had place, in any shape, in which, it would
unless obviated by such remedy as it will be in the power
of the Appellate Judicatory to apply, the effects of it will
be of the number of those producible by the like cause on
the succeeding stages occasion of the recapitulatory examination.
