§. 9. Form of Service

§. 9. Form of service.

Art. 1. Coextensive with the field of jurisdiction of
the Judge of an Immediate Judicatory is the field of service of
a Quasi Jury in that same judicatory: so that of all the
sorts of suits in which it is competent to the a Judge
Immediate to act judge there is not one in which it is not competent
a Quasi-Jury may not be bound to serve.

Art. 2. But is not in every individual suit
that a Quasi Jury as such is bound to serve or admitted
to serve. Only on the occasion of a recapitulatory examination does a
Quasi-Jury serve: there so that in a suit in which no recapitulatory
examination is performed, the ministry of a Quasi
Jury does not intervene has no place.

Art.3. Precedent to the original recapitulatory examination in every
suit in which it has place is the original examination.
If In that same suit if no recapitulatory examination has
place, the original examination is the only one and theref
thereupon follow the definitive deg decrees operative and imperative
in which, except what regards execution the suit terminates.

Art. 1. Of a Judge Appellate the term of service is the
duration term of his life: subject to dislocation, as per §. 15
