§. 12. Attendance.
Art. 1. So long as any appeal remains upon the list For an Appellate Judge, hours attendance
Art. 1. As to hours and days for an Appellate, attendance is the same as for an Immediate
Judge; as per Ch. XI. § namely so long as any Appeal remains
upon the list unterminated, and capable of being heard.
Art. 2. To prevent the keeping back of Appeals
at the Immediate Judicatory, for the purpose of relaxing attendance
at the Appellate Judicatory, will be among the cares
of the Justice Minister and the Legislature.
Art. 3. As in the an Immediate, so in an Appellate
Judicatory are framed, kept, and kept hung up for promulgation, the three House Attendance Registers –
Weekly, Monthly and Annual, under the care of the Registrar
as per Ch. XI. §. Articles 7, 8, 9.
Art. 4. So likewise the Individual Service
or</del> Register of each Judge Depute, as per Ch. XI. §.
Art. 10.
Art. 5. To the situation of Judge Appellate belong not
application have either the those duties, which under the name of Night Duty or the and Outdoor duty have
place in the case of the Immediate Judge.
