Art. 1. To the situation of Judge Appellate apply
with the requisite variations the two qualifications, namely experience and irreproachableness necessary as per Ch. XII. to render
a person locable in the situation of Judge Immediate.
Art. 2. So soon as any persons are in existence
who in the situation of Judge Immediate principal have
served for the space of one solar year, no person, who has
not so served for that length of time, is locable in the situation of Judge
Appellate.
Art. 3. So soon as any person is in existence, who,
in the situation of Judge Immediate principal, has served for
the space of two solar years, no person, who has not so served
for that length of time is locable in the situation of Judge Appellate.
Art. 4. To the situation of Judge Appellate apply
with the requisite variations the several provisions
respecting the probationary test of irreproachableness as per
Ch. XII §. Art. 14, 5, the Judicatory in which the probation
has place being the Judicatory in which the probationer has
last served in the situation of principal Judge Immediate. princi
