Constitutional Code
Art. If on neither side any party offers
to argumentation, the Judge Appellate to the Immediate Judicatory remitts to the without
any previous public reading his decrees to the Immediate Judicatory.
Provided that in this case, without public argumentation in on the occasion of a penal suit no addition
be made to the severity magnitude of the punishment decreed
by the Immediate Judicatory.
Art. If argumentation be prayed by any party on
either side and heard accordingly, decrees a decree
cannot be pronounced without argumentation on behalf of
