§. 3. Subject matter of Appeal
Art. 8. Of the means of producing the effect of whereby in an indirect way, the
effect of misdecision is producible as above, examples are as follow –
1. Undue delay, vexation, and expence: delay, practiced
by the Judge or suffered permitted; vexation, inflicted, permitted or suffered to be inflicted; expence,
imposed or suffered permitted to be imposed, where on persons destitute of
the means of defraying it.

Art. 10. Appeal may be made either from the whole
of the imperative decision of the Immediate Judicatory, or
from any distinguishable part or parts in it.
