Conveyances and
contracts – their points
of agreement. Both
agree in being penned
in contemplation of
eventual suit, in
which they may serve
as evidences.

A conveyance conveys
not only a right to conveyancer's
services,
(viz. negative in abstaining
from occupation &c, but do. to
do. of all other persons.
4.
A contract is either
1. Single seated
2. Double seated, or
3. Many seated.
5.
Double seated and
many seated are
commonly reciprocal
services on each
side promised in retribution
for services.
