1825 Decr 8
Constitutional Code
Ch. XXIV
§. 1. Class one into Instructions
Illusory is the argument derived indication made from the beneficialness
of the division of labour in the case of handicraft
employments. 1. In that physical case the several operations
necessary to be successfully performed on the same mass of matter for the production
of their ultimate effect have no need of connection
one with another in the minds of those who are respectively
occupied in the performance of them: in this psychological
case the successfulness of the effect depends upon their being
embraced all together by one and the same mind.
2. In that physical case no small part of the advantage
is composed of the saving made in the article of by
the non-necessity and consequent exclusion of changes migration from place
to place: in the psychological case change for those migrations
instead of being saved are created necessitated: the Attorney by whom
had it not been for the division the whole business would have been
formed partly at his own residence partly at the Justice
Chamber, to has if an Advocate is employed to go backwards
and forwards between his own residence and that of the
Advocate, done at and after having framed and delivered
statements for the information of the Advocate, in every case his honour
for his opinion of it is an opinion that is wanted, and
in so many cases also where it is his service in the Justice
Chamber that is wanted.
