S.7. Checks Securities for appropriate aptitude.

Art. 1. In settling the remuneration of
Law Practitioner Professional Lawyer it will be the care, of the Procedure
Code in it's arrangements, and of the Judge in
the application made of them, to minimize the natural
repugnancy, which, in this branch of service,
is to a certain degree incurable, between the interest
of the Agent and that of the principal: and, to
that end, to prevent that remuneration, as far as possible,
from encreasing with any quantity of the vexation
or expence, to which it is may be in the power of the
Practitioner Lawyer to give encrease.

Art. 2. Accordingly, on receiving the demand
made by the Practitioner Lawyer for his service, the Judge
will take into consideration – not merely the quantity
