Constitutional Code.Ch. XXI Law Practitioners
§.
Art. 7. Compensationally and punitionally, as
a party testifying litigant or an extraneous witness is responsible
for assertions statements mendaciously or unconsciously false, so is the a
Law Practitioner for assertion statement insincerely or temerariously false:
to wit, as to that anything which he professes to believe, of the
statements made by any such litigant or extraneous witness,
or any person whose statement, made or supposed to be made on any other occasion, is
employed in evidence.
Art. 8 By a decree of a Judge Immediate, pronounced
after due examination, and subject to Appeal,
a Law Practitioner may be eliminated out of the list of
Law Practitioners acting in that Judicatory.
Art. 9. On appeal, if the eliminating decree
be confirmed, the Judge Appellate may extend the disqualification
to any or all other Judicatories in the State.
