Instruction

With no less efficacy does the here proposed system contribute
to the enforcement of the Lawyers duty or binds his
Clients adversaries. By the same publicity by which the one branch
of duty is confined so is the other. That which A to which a litigant
on each side stands exposed at the hands of lawyers on the adverse
side is the giving undue encrease to costs – of suit whether
that side and in respect of the costs on
their side, as incidentally and eventually in respect of the costs
on the adversary's side in the event of this burthen of them being
transferred.
