§. Influence of the here proposed system on Law profits

No The more clearly he the professional assistant will see how far too
or from having reason to complain the more attentively
he observes the bonds by which strictness of the bonds
by which the career course of the Judge is endeavoured to be
confined within the pale line of probity.

As the condition of society improves, in this
as in every other line of service the rate of profit to be
obtained by the rendering of it will be diminished.

the witnesses, and the making application of it to the advantage
of the client by appropriate observations will always suffice to constitute
a demand for service in
a shape in which
remuneration in no
scanty proportion will
be commanded by it.
