Under natural and summary
procedure mode of remuneration
proposed for Attorney's service the following:
Small clauses closets in a circular polygonal
building as in the case of Ch. XI Ministers
severally or Ch. IX Ministers Collectively.
In each closet an Attorney with his
client or clients: the attorney paid
by the time – paid at so much an
hour as many other classes of professional
men are paid – such as
music masters, dancing masters,
writing masters &c. For each suit
two of these closets it is evident
wd. be necessary – one for one
side of the suit – the other for the
other.

If as in the case of the Departments
of the several ministers and their
several suitors these Attorney's closets
constitute a ring encompassing the
