Of the Justice Minister
§. 1. Functions.

Art. 1. As to the Offices Judges and the several other Magisterial functionaries
belonging to the Judiciary Department (as per Ch. XI. §. 2), the Justice Minister
exercises the locative function: out of from among what persons see in Ch. XIII.
§. 17.

Art. 2. So in certain cases and to certain effect, the dislocative
as per §.

Art. 4. With relation to his own functions, Office, the Justice Minister

he exercises in chief the several functions procurative
custoditive, applicative, reparative, and eliminative. The functions procurative, reparative and eliminative he exercises in concert with the Finance Minister.

Art. 6. Art. 7. Examples of things belonging to this department are the
foliowing –

1. Justice Chambers, with the stock thereto respectively belonging.
2. Prisons Jails, with the stock thereto belonging: prisons with the exception of Jails employed solely
in the Army Service or in the Navy Service, or both in both.
