§. 3. Judicative function.

Art. 1. Judicial function. In the exercise of this
function the Justice Minister takes cognizance of complaints of charging fictitious complaining oppression
as by or denial of justice in any Appellate Judicatory: of the like complaints
often as exercised in in relation to an Immediate Judicatory, cognizance
being belonging in the first instance in the belongs to Appellate
Judicatories.

Art. 2. In consequence of any such complaint, or spontaneously,
he may deliver to any Judge of other Officer belonging to his department,
in pub in public an order a sentence for order of dislocation, or a in
recommendation or permission to resign: in case of such
recommendation or permission, granting he grants a public hearing,
if, for the clearance of character required: if in due time
resignation fails to have place, order of dislocation follows.

Art.3. For any such sentence or order, the most apt cause
will generally be – deficiency in respect of appropriate moral
aptitude; for any such recommendation or permission, deficiency in respect
of appropriate intellectual or active aptitude.

Art. 4. On reference by the Prime Minister, he takes
cognizance of any complaint, which, for the greater regularity publicity,
for want of adequate power the source obtainment of powers adequate to the securing forthcomingness of in the extraneous evidence,
and publicity or for avoidance of the imputation of oppression
the Prime Minister, or any other superordinate functionary in his the Administrative department
may have thought fit thus to make, against a subordinate, with a view to
dislocation or otherwise.

Art. 5. So, of any complaint, made which by a subordinate
functionary in any Sub Department of under the Administrative department
or has thus been made has been thus made against a superordinate,
charging him with oppression in any shape: and, in this
case, without need of any such reference a per Art. 4.

see 4. and 5., also Ch. XI. §. 23. Art. 4.
