Art. 9. So, ground for The same grounds apply to antesentential remission

Art. 10. So, ground for to post sentential remission

Art. 11. For post sentential remissions, ground may also
be constituted, by the receipt, of or well-grounded expectation of
public service, rendered to the public, in some extraordinary
shape, by or through the medium of the convicted delinquent.

Art. 12. Examples are as follows –

1. Preventive Information, by means of which some offence pregnant with
serious mischief may be in have been on the whole or in part
prevented, of the mischief evil effects of it materially lessened.

Art.13. 2. So, preventive Information, by means of which some hostile design enterprize on the
part of foreigners, may have been, in like manner, prevented, or
the evil effects of it lessened.

Art. 14. 3. So, preventive Information by means of which some serious physical calamity
may in like manner have been prevented, or the evil effects of
it lessened.

Art. 15. 4. So, Reasonable expectation of Extraordinary ser public service in some positive
shape: such as the bringing to effect an invention having relation to physical art
and science in any of its branches or the completion of a literary
work, of such a nature as to render to mankind in
general, or to this state in particular, valuable and extraordinary
service in this or that specific shape.

Art. 16. In But, in these cases, to the constituting of an adequate ground
for remission, these the following circumstances are necessary –

1. That, without by means of such remission, either the service has been
obtained, or that specific adequate grounds, for the expectation of its
being obtained, have been produced made made public.

2. That, without such remission, the service could not have been
obtained.
