1831 Aug. 27
Constitutional CodeCh. XXV Justice Minister.
§. 8. Dispunitive function
Instructional
Pardon under Monarchies

mixt government composed of a Monarchy and an Aristocracy.

number of shades of difference correspondent to the difference
in the proportion in which the two elements are capable
of being combined.
