1. Time of the remission, anterior to that of the commission
of the offence: say anti-commissioned time ante- peccational.

2. Time of the remission, subse posterior to that of the commission
of the offence, but subsequent anterior to that of the commencement
of judicial pursuit on the ground of it: say ante-prosecutionalness
time ante prosecutional.

3. Time of the remission, posterior to that of the commencement
of pursuit, but anterior to that of conviction:
say time ante-convictional.

4. Time of the remission, posterior to that of the conviction,
but anterior to that of the sentence, whereby the quality
and quantity of the punishment has been pronounced:
say time ante-sentential.

pronunciation of the sentence, but anterior to the commencement of the execution thereof: thus
