Enactive. Instructional.

Art. 8. 4. Ground the 4 fourth. Service expected to be rendered,
by the convict, by the prevention, or the diminution of the effects
of some physical calamity.

For Of the different several calamities to which human
nature stands exposed see a list in Ch. XI
Ministers severally. §. 5. Preventive Service Minister, and §. 10
Health Minister.

Care will, in this case also, require to be taken in like manner,
to prevent the impunity-conferring transference of merit,
as per No. 2.
