§. 6. Jurisdiction-adjustive function.

Art. 1. Jurisdiction-adjustive function. In
the exercise of this function, the Ju in case of dispute
or doubt, as to which of two or more Judicial functionaries,
whether in the same Judicatory or in different Judicatories,
the exercise of this or that power or function,
whether in general, or in this or that particular instance belongs, –
the Justice Minister, in subordination to the Legislature
issues a decree, opinative and imperative, declaring by
whom, if at all, and in what manner, the power or
say function in question, ought to have been, or already
be
in future shall be, exercised.
