§. 7. Term of Service.

Art. 1. In the case of a Justice Minister, located
from Judge , after having served
after the expiration of the preparation period, as per Ch. XII. Judiciary
collectively
. §. 26. Locable whom
years, at least as Judges Immediate, have served
one year at least as Judges Appellate, as per §. 8.
Art. 3.
§. 10 Locable who, the term of service is his the term of his life: subject only to
causes of dislocatedness, as per §. 7. §. 12.

Art. 2. During the preparation period, exception excepted, of
no Justice Minister will the term of service be more than one solar year.

Art. 2. If in default of persons who, after having
served in the situation of Judge Immediate for
one year, have served in the situation of Judge Appellate
for that same length of time, a Justice Minister
has been located out of persons, who have no
served in any situation other than that of Judge Immediate,
his term of service continues not any longer
than till there have been judges, by whom both those
situations have been successively filled, as above: at
that period, his term of service is at an end, and a
fresh Election has place, as per §. 6. Art. 2: but, on that
occasion, he continues eligible.

Art. 3. When judicatories Appellate as well as
Immediate have been in activity, in such sort as
to contain Judges, who, after having served a year
in the situation of Judge Immediate, have served
a year in the situation of Judge Appellate, at that
period, a fresh Election again has place, as per Art. 2.
On this occasion, the then existing Justice Minister
continues eligible; and so on every subsequent
one: and if, on any occasion elected, he is in for
life as per Art. 1.

§. 8. Remuneration
Art. Service
Of the no first Justice Minister located
under this Code, the term of service will be one year solar
year, in addition to the unexpired part of that in which one year in which
by a vacancy an extraordinary Election
the selection is made: and thereafter untill the commencement
of the commencement period, one entire service year

Art. 3. Exception will be, if between before the ordinary Election
and due a vacancy have place: in that case, the
person elected for the remainder of the year will continue in office during the then next year.
