Art. 1. The Justice Minister is located by the Legislature, in
the same manner as is the Prime Minister, as per Ch. VIII
§. 2.

Art. 1. In like manner as the Prime Minister, the Justice
Minister is located by the Legislature, to whose ordinances
it is his business to in all contested cases, he
gives or cannot give execution and effect.
