Art. 1. Until Judicatories, immediate and appellate
have been established, under an activity no other restrictions are imposed
have for (one year) been in activity no restrictions on the choice of the Legislature have place in this case, other than are in
those which have place in that the case of the Prime Minister.

Art. 2. When Judicatories Immediate or appellate
have been established, and have for one year been in
activity, the Legislature proceeds to the election of within [ ] days of the last Legislation day,
day of the Legislation year, proceeds to the election of a L Justice Minister. On this occasion the either
the then existing Justice Minister may be chosen located, or any person
who, has been serving for one year has been serving in
the situation either of Judge Appellate Judge Immediate.

Art. 3. When by any event the person thus chosen
has been dislocated, no other succeeding Justice Minister is chosen
out of some other persons Judges other than those, by whom the situation
of Judge Appellate has been filled by for at least one
year out of those by whom after their having served in the situation of Judge Immediate
has been filled for at least that same length of time.

Art. 3. When Judicatories Appellate as well as
Immediate have been in activity in such sort as to contain
Judges, who after having served a year in the situation of
Judge Appe Immediate have served for a year in the situation
of Judge Appellate, a fresh Election as per Art. 2 has
place. On that occasion either the then existing Justice Minister
may be located, or any person who, after serving a
year as Judge Immediate, has served a year as Judge
Appellate. On this occasi

Art. 3. When Judicatories Appellate have been so
long in activity as to contain Judges who after serving a year
as Judges Immediate have served a year as Judges Im
Appellate, no Justice Minister is eligible out of any other
than such Judges.
