§.11. Checks. Securities for appropriate aptitude.

Art 1. In the situation of Justice Minister, securities for appropriate aptitude centers concomitant and ultimate
among the securities for good conduct are the are in the first place all those which apply to the several situations
to wit those of Judge Immediate and Judge Appellate, in which before he can be located he must have served.
1. In all his judicial proceedings, publicity maximized,
as in the case of a subordinate judge.
2. Obligations of providing sufficient Deputies,
permanent and occasional, as per §.1., coupled with
responsibility on his part, for the associate official
aptitude.
2. Concomitant Security provided for the constancy of his attendance as per §. 10. 11.
Art 5. Securities ultimately applying are
1. dislocability by the Constitutive authority,
as in the case of a member of the Legislature, the
Prime Minister and every Sub Minister, as per Ch. V. Constitutive &c

<p>9. Appropriate Inaugural Declaration, pronounced
by him in the Legislation Chamber on
his entrance into office, and kept in view whenever
he sits in the exercise of his judicial functions, as
per §§. 3, 4, 8.</p>
