§. Natural & Technical contrasted

For the sake of the profit upon the expence costs, the technical
system, in proportion as it has been allowed to give determination to
the law has had for its object the generation and acquisitation of
costs – the at the expence of the rest of the community

compelling them to employ
as substitutes a set of
