Fact Proof of notification
How to produce and prove it?
1. Power, necessary to the discovery and exhibition of the
truth as to the relative relevant matters of fact, whatsoever be the
occasion, given accordingly in English procedure some
on one occasion, others on another, none on all occasions.
2. Powers given by English Law for the discovery and
exhibition of truth, without regard to preponderant
delay vexation and expence.
1. Subpœnâ for compelling forthcomingness for the purpose
of evidence.
2. Prehension of the Defendant without regard to
the importance of the matter in demand, and the
need of confinement for securing forthcomingness of
the matter of fact necessary to compensation or punishment
3. Incarceration of a defendant antecedently to conviction for a
longer term than would be warranted by conviction

2. Power for securing the Presence of the party in the Judicatory at the commencement
3. Power to compel him to admitt or deny recognize or disavow hand writing
purporting or supposed to be his
4. Power to compel on the part at the hands of a party answer

looked for. This to cause delay vexation and expence
of acceration and oral examination
