General Rules for the conduct of the Judge and other
§. 1. Conduct of the Judge. Art. 1. To save repetition, behold the following rules.
Opinion supposing that
Rule. 1. When in they part of this Code it is caus said if so and so,
understand if in the opinion of the Judge it be to and so
Ground of opinion – requiring that
Rule. 2. The Judge, whenever used in proportion as
he has used state the grounds of such his opinion
Ground of opinion requisition authorizing that
Art. 3. On any such occasion, any
speaking addressing him in terms of this respect and himself
accordingly, may call upon him to state the ground
of such opinion. This he may but do by sign, as for
Art , ensuing
Reason-requiring Rule
Art 4. On such occasion which can cause step
be taken, more or less concisely or particularly, as the occasion
calls, he will give intimation of the reasons by
the consideration of which such course has been determined
