Procedure Code
§, 2, Conduct towards the Judge
Art. 1 In deportment as well as language
every other actor present is expected to behave conduct himself
with due respect to the situation of the Judge, in such
manner as to indicate in every particular submission to his declared will, whatsoever
it be, saving appeal and such other remedies as the
law has provided.
Art. 2. By no violation of the rules of respect
on the part of a pursuer, defendant or witness will the Judge be authorized for taking an respect
of the suit in hand any course other than that which
would be the proper one supposing no such violation
committed.
Art. 3. But for termination or punition
or termination and punition both, as the case may require,
the Judge will issue such mandate as the case
may require.
Art. 4. For termination of the offences following
the Judge will cause the immediate removal of remove the offender out of the Judicatory
if such removal may have place without prejudice
to the ends of justice in respect of the suit. These are
1. Noise of any kind in such sort as to disturb the proceedings.
2. Contemptuous or menacing language.
3. Contemptuous or menacing deportment.
