§. 4. Publicity – mode of reference

Art. 1. In a universally conspicuous situation

Art. 2. Be a person other than the Judge,
in an address made to the Judge reference may be made
by saying Mr Judge – Rule 1st, 2d of 3d &c as
the case may be, or by naming it by its title see §. 1 Rule as here
given: or by mere printing if printing will suffice.
