Ch. Nomenclature
§.

Of all these in this order. By In the aggregate of them will the nomenclature of
the original be found comprehended

1. Execution. Execution is the goal to which
that in the field and race of procedure every thing tends. This
then should For all the other objects this then should be is the apt
the standard and object of reference. Execution is that
operation by which, without the intervention of any other,
effect is given to the corresponding article of substantive law:
of that branch of laws to which the adjective – the law of
procedure is subservient. With relation to this ultimate
object this end all others are but as means. Of those others in their
order.
