3. Judge and Quasi Jury. In a case in which by secret intercourse
with the Judge, a Quasi Jury might be induced subjected to undue
obsequiousness compliances, opportunity of such secret intercourses.

Remedy. Between the seat of the Judge and the
seat of the Quasi Jury distance sufficient to prevent any
such intercourse from being carried on without being heard by
other actors in the judicial theatre: and in particular those
who in the visitor's Gallery share with the Quasi Jury in
the function of operating as checks upon special watchmen over the conduct of the
Judge.

4. Registrar and Judge and Registrar. On the part of the Registrar danger of suppression
or misrepresentation of in relation to any part of the discourse
in compliance with the a direction given or wish expressed on the
part of the Judge.

Remedy, preventing as above any secret discourse intercourse as
between Registrar and Judge.

Remedy. Place of the Registrar as situate, immediately
under that of the Judge in such sort that no intercourse
can have place with th between them without its being seen or hearing
heard that such intercourse has place: add. distance such
that between those two functionaries no such intercourse discourse can pass out to
a without its being heard by others of the actors in the
judicial theatre.

5. Government Advocate and Advocate of the Helpless
Evil of to have place. Sacrifice of the interest of the
helpless individual to the convenience personal accommodation of these functionaries – one
