Procedure Constitutional Code

8. Reception. Taken in its general sense reception
the idea attached to the word reception is part and parcel of that
attached to the word communication. Applied to In judicial procedure
it has will here operate the cases in which it is employed
are principally those in which the object is
either a judicial instrument as above, or a lot of orally
delivered evidence. Say orally delivered: for in so far as if verbally delivered
it comes under the and denomination of an instrument.

9. Interrogation. Interrogation is an the operation
by which evidence is extracted and brought into existence: in this case
it precedes reception. Interrogating On in need the same occasion
interrogation may be the operation of one person's receptio, of
another. By the Judge any individual as well as the Judge an interrogation may be administered,
by the Judge, if so it pleases him, be received as part of the
aggregate mass of evidence, by the Registrar
entered as such upon the record.

10 Petition, postulative imperative. All
these are expressive of will, thus according to the situation
regarded or belonging to the party individual by whom the will is
expressed with reference to him to whom it is addressed.

Every act of interrogation is an expression of will.
Object of the will, procuring the delivery of the discourse
