Imperation – Decree (judicial) compliance
non-compliance

By imperation understand may be understood an expression given act or operation by

regarded as his inferior any a person gives expression to his
some will of his needs the expectation or desire that
compliance will may be given to it that compliance with it
may be the result under the notice on the part of the persons addressed that compliance thereupon
is matter of obligation and will accordingly be the result.
In so far as the conduct in question fails of being conformable
to the delineated sketched out by such expression of will
non-compliance has place.

According to the relation which is considered as
having place between the party addressing and the party addressed
an expression of will recurs a different denomination: if
by a superior to and a mandate or prohibition or nihilation
of force an inferior to a superior, a petition: if from anyone
to one who on the occasion in question is well considered
either as an inferior to a superior, a requisition:

If In so far as compliance on the other part is the result follows,
of and in so far as the party whose will has thence been complied with on side is
regarded as superior, compliance is termed obedience. Not
so if as a superior or an equal. Hence on this occasion the necessity
of the a word such as compliance the import of which like that is not to one alone
of the three modes of relating in respect of as is the case with the word obedience.

So soon as by the Judge a question having been
has been addressed to the applicant and an answer given by by the applicant, an instance of compliance has had place.

By Responsion by an act understand one an act by which
with an act of interrogation has had place, it and response given to it: response the operation; response the thing which is the result of
it. Synomous to, and
more extensively and thus
response, is answer. Responsion
is as yet to
so much in use, as it could be of use that it should be.
