Divers parties each striving to be heard first
to the same purpose, lot determines:
§. 3: Application how commenced, how. Truth securing monition.
Art. 1. Antecedently to the commencement of an the
applicant's statement, his knowledge of the responsibility he
incurs in case of falshood will be thus established.
Judge to Applicant – holding out to him as printed on a board
or tablet the Truth-securing Law. "Are you apprised of this?" Applicant.

Art. 2. By the Truth-securing law understand
