Legislation and Justice
Minister will be on the
guard against persons applying
to a Judicatory
though foreign from the
high reputation of the Judge.

Art. Cases are not wanting in which in
contemplation of Judicial transference to be made
at his own instance, his demand is made to
originate in a Judicatory in which it is at
his wish that it be either terminated or continued.

Art. Examples are as follows

1. 1. Case or suit inculpative or not: Pursuer on a journey. at within the Place of
in which the cause of demand happened the territory within within his
matter of own nor the Defendant's nor his own stationary
judicatory. Post-judicatory most convenient
for him as well as for the Defendant, the Defendant's judicatory. Causes of his application to the Originative Judicatory
in question in preference – 1. Habitation if and permanent Judicatory of Extraneous witness
or witnesses, the Originative Judicatory, chosen on that account,
they being on the spot, and either spontaneously
attendant with him at the time of his application, or waiting
for Testification mandate: 2. Extraneous witness

to have it there elicited acceleration of Defendant's responses
or convenience by disburthening his memory, and better
security for correctness and compleatness by the forg freshness
of the impression made by the facts.

2. Pursuer on a journey as before. Suit criminative
publico-private. Cause of suit, depredation, Highly afflictive corporal vexation, Destruction
