on the subject of Applications at large, and Litis contestational Suits of Procedure.

for Judicial purposes.
§. 1. Persons and
Expositive
Art. In the business of communication for a
judicial purpose on the occasion of the operation thus denominated,
come necessarily to be considered and spoken of
the operators or say agents – and the subject matters
The Agents will be either
1. The Judge
2. The subordinates, coordinates and superordinates of the Judge: subordinates official or
casual.
3. The applicant or applicants in every case.
4. In In case of a suit in which the application made terminate or the
commencement of a suit, the Pursuer or Pursuers.
5. In this same case, the Defendant or Defendants.
6. The Assistants of on the Pursuers side.
7. The Assistants on the Defendants side.
8. Non-litigant witnesses.
Art. 2. Subject matters of the operation may be
1. Things of all sorts.
2. Persons, to wit considered in the several capacities in
which they have just been brought to view in the capacity
of agents.
