Procedure Code.Ch. Judicial communication mode securing Modes

Art. 3. Exceptions to any judicial purpose excepted, only though no other the medium
of their corporeal faculties can things be operators,
of operated upon for the purpose here in question to wit
communication, or for any other purpose.

Art. 4. Exceptions are the animals which
with whatsoever modifications of the mental faculty they
may respectively found endowed with, are on legal occasions
and to legal purposes, with too little consideration in respect
of their sensitive faculties and in particular their faculty of
experiencing pain, commonly aggregated to things.

In the hands Under the influence of a human
agent, a dog for example is capable of being rendered, on
a great variety of occasions and to a great variety of purposes
an instrument of aggression and defence: beasts are
dogs, dogs, horses, asses, mules, camels, elephants and other
ployed in quadrapeds, pijeons and other birds, if being rendered instruments
of communication between man and man.

Art. 4. Persons through the medium in virtue of their mental faculties
are capable of being becoming made as well Agents and
in receivers subject matters and receivers of in the operation of information: which is
what the things belonging to the class of animals are not capable
of but to a still narrower extent than that just
mentioned.

Art. 6. To Compared with one another, to different faculties do communication location and
information, compared with one another in an immediate
way apply themselves and operate: communication location, to the corporeal state of the body, to the intellectual,
and through the intellectual to the faculty: information,
in an immediate way no otherwise than to the state of the mind to the intellectual only.

to either of two three purposes – information, and location and modification.
