Text

Exceptions excepted the Judge will not reject any
evidence spontaneously offered to be furnished by any person:
Whether the person came as informant alone, party on the pursuer's
side alone, party on the defendant's side alone, or extraneous witness
adduced by a party on the pursuer's side, or extraneous
witness adduced by a party on the defendant's side.

So, whether the evidence adduced be the testimonial evidence
offered to be orally exhibited by the proposed witness, or
an article of real evidence, or an article of written evidence,
or all or any two of those species of evidence in conjunction.
