§. Proxy-location Instrument
Art. No person is receivable as proxy without
an a Proxy-location instrument, authenticated by the principal.
For the form formulary of a Proxy location Instrument see
At. It may be general or particular special: general, applied applying
to all suits: particular applied applying to all suits in which against
the defendant in question naming him, or to a suit against him on such
the particular account in question naming it.
Art. A blank formulary with blanks, containing instruction
for the filling up of the blanks, and the mode of authentication
will be furnished on application by the Registrar.
Price [ ] a 1/4 of a charge the value of a day's labour.
Art. Distinction will thereby be made To the name
and description of the proxy will be added the word Gratuitous
or the word Professional, as the case may be.
Art. A person may who in a certain suit is himself a principal
may in that same suit be a proxy for other Copursuers
or Codefendants.
Art. As gratuitous proxy a person of either the female as well as the male sex
may act officiate.
Art. As professional proxy no person but of the
male sex can act.
