Procedure Code

Art. 5. Person on each side holding intercourse with
the Judge. Most naturally the principal party. But from necessity
or for convenience a proxy say a juridical proxy may on either side or both
sides for various causes be admitted: and this in every
species of suit.

Art. 6. A proxy will may be either 1. gratuitous or
2. conductitorus or say professional.

Art. 7. Instead of a proxy, in each hearing
any party may have when in the presence of the Judge an assistant say a juridical assistant:
who also may be either gratuitous or conductitorus:
and for special cause juridical assistants in any greater number;
but not without special cause.

Art. 8. Parties to the suit divers with relation to each other: their interests
divers or identical: diverse in the most ordinary case,
identical in the case of an ordinary partnership or
a Joint Stock company a class of persons – the inhabitants
of a District, Subdistrict or Bis subdistrict.

Art. 9. Nat Evidence furnished. Its source and
correspondent nature. 1. personal. 2. real. 3. ready written: which is personal and real combined.

Art. 10. Evidence 1. immediately applying: 2. unimmediately – indicative.

Art. 11. Persons furnishing evidence. These may
on each side be to the party or parties on that side
called when considered in this capacity party-witnesses, litigant
witnesses, or evidence furnishing parties. 2. Witness
or witnesses who are not parties: termed extraneous
witnesses, or simply witnesses.

Art. 12. A person by whom evidence is furnished
may be or not be a narrating witness. This Such is
the case where the source of the evidence being a thing
at large or in writing the evidence comes under the denomination
of real or ready written evidence.
