Procedure Code
Art. 13. Mode of intercourse between the Judge and
on the one part, and parties and witnesses on the other

Art. 14. Need of preliminary security for securing
eventual execution and effect at the charge of a Defendant
Art. 15. Need of preliminary security for the securing
evidence furnishers testification or ex real or written evidence
furnishing at at the hands of on the part of a proposed witness
or other evidence furnisher.
Art. 14. Need of counter security on the part at the hands of
a party by whom or on whose behalf preliminary security
is exacted or proposed to be exacted.
Art. 15. Judicatory by what judicatory each several
proceeding after the initiative hearing shall be carried on: whether
the originative Judicatory, or any other: call which other or
to distinguish it from the originative Judicatory is termed a
Co-Judicatory.
Art. 16. In the originative Judicatory, the Judge by
whom each several proceeding after the initiative hearing is
carried on may be either the same Judge, whether principal or depute
or any other Judge of that same Judicatory.
Art. 17. 18. 19. Termination of the suit. It may be performed
either at and by the termination of the Original enquiry, or at and by
the termination of a Recapitulatory or other and
Quasi-Jury Enquiry, or at and by a decree of the Appellate
Judicatory.
