Procedure Code
Art. 20. Subject matter of demand into effective service demanded,
specific or pecuniary or mixt: specific if the service be delivery transfer
of a particular thing or service rendered to a particular
person or at large, or in relation to a particular thing: pecuniary
if it consist in nothing but the transfer of a sum of money
liquidated or remaining to be liquidated.
Art. 21. The sort of service which consists in the rendering an
account is a complex pecuniary service. It is divisible and
resolvable into as many different services as there are there
in the account with those in respect of which the
pursuer is creditor.
Art. Parties having in relation to to one another in
respect of the subject matter of a suit actual or eventual a
common interest on the same side are termed counteroffers.

real person or a fictitious person composed of divers persons

enjoyment possessed demanded or expected: or successively succeedential: as in
the case of persons destined to possess a portion of land
one after another.
