Suits terminated
1. By execution
2. By dismissal

When a suit is decided it may be either in
favor of the plaintiff or of the defendant. If in favor
of the plaintiff the suit is terminated by execution — by
the application of the appropriate remedy, if in favor
of the defendant the suit is terminated by dismissal.

Dismissal can have place at any stage of the
suit execution only when it has been carried through
every stage.

Of continuous suits that is to say suits by
which continuous operation are demanded at the
hands of the Judge some are continuous by nature
all are liable to be no by accident
