For placing in the dearest hand of one that which ought
to be done, and accordingly to this end is admired to be done
for the accomplishment of these ends in every sort of suit, the course
that presents itself as best adapted is the commencing with the
a suit in the simplest form imaginable, and then by the successive
addition of the several elements of complexity to have the eye
on through the whole series of the sorts of suits.

some factitious: and it is by means of those which are
