Constitutional Code

Art. A person can scarcely present himself in a
judicatory in the character situation of pursuer without exposing himself
to suffer and act in the situation though not in the name
of Defendant at any rate in so far as in certain cases
by the in virtue of the rules of the procedure he is eventually
subjected to the obligation of making compensation to the adverse party
for his the share of delay collateral evil produced by him in the
shape of delay, vexation and expence.
