Code the system of Judicial

Instructional Expositive

Art. 1. This Code has for its contents for
the aggregate of its matter or say its contents the aggregate
of the system of Judicial Procedure.

Art. 2. By a system of Judicial Procedure
understand an aggregate of legislative arrangements having
for that common end in view, and business the giving execution
and effect to all other legislative arrangements in
the case where the mode of giving execution and effect
to them is in any way the subject of contestation before any
person officiating as a Judge.

Art. 3. The system of efficient administration

effect to legislative arrangements of all sorts in so far as
the mode of giving execution and effect to them is not the
subject of contestation before a person officiating as a
